Good Mansion across the street has a 7 day a week cafe and bakery and makes this location premium for getting the best breakfast pastries, breads and lunches in town, plus an extraordinary selection of wines, cheeses, salumi and imported Italian and French foods for all your specialty and fresh shopping needs. High efficiency gas furnace, central air, W/D stacker unit. No off-street parking is available as part of this lease, but evening and weekend parking is available on the street. NO PETS. Since unit is on the third floor, monthly gas bill will be modest in winter, and electrical for cooling will be low in winter.
