The landlord lady is a great person. She was very understanding and very helpful with helping me get an application in quick as I need to move ASAP. She is professional yet is very personable. I would be lucky to have a landlord like her, and I and my co-signer are just still praying that my application gets approved. Even with us being right after Christmas and the holiday week of Christmas and New Years, she did respond and once we finally did connect, she has remained as contactable as possible even though they were closed. I hope to hear some good news soon on if I get to have this place, and have a great landlord as she is. You don’t come across many people or landlords as personable and helpful as she is. Even the workers that were working on the apartments knew what they were doing. And I have no doubt that if I have any problems happen in the apartment, they will be dealt with and that’s hard to find too

Without ruining my chances of my own application to get in this place ASAP that I need, I like that it’s a small cute quiet place to live. The landlord lady is a great person. I’m still waiting to hear if I got my application approved. But they were great with showing me the place ASAP and walking me throw the process and being understanding in my personal situation. I would be grateful to live at this property. All the Apartments were nice. You can tell that they care about their property. It’s A good starting over place. I wanted to rent the 2 bed, but I was only being considered for the one and that’s ok because even that place you can make work because it’s a safe workable place. I’d be grateful and honored to be able to live here. I do wish that my emotional service dog would be considered as I have all the documents but I still don’t know that yet, but either way I would be lucky to have one of these apartments bc they are a great place to start any living , and start a new life in as well. There isn’t a lot of parking but there is a an off street spot for winter and that was really important to me. So again it’s a good place If you don’t party and just be a good neighbor like it seems that other are who already live here are. Just be a good tenant and person as everyone lives close.

Landlord manager had been wonderful to deal with, even over just the holiday weekend and week. She responded and very easy to get a hold of. Very personable, seems and I think is the best case landlord manager. She helped me see the place fast, answered questions, gave me the options she thought would best fit me. Is very nice and professional yet personable. I pray I get this apartment and get a landlord as great as she has shown. Not many people care of I need fast kind of things. She did to the best of her ability and what she was professionally abled.
