No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Guests are encouraged to communicate any issues during their stay promptly. If a handyperson is called and finds no issue or user error, the guest will be responsible for the fee. Moving furniture is not allowed, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests are not permitted to book on behalf of someone else unless explicitly approved by the host. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose, so food and garbage should be stored in bear-proof containers. No tents are allowed, and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
