Whether you're unwinding by the fireplace in the open kitchen/dining area or stargazing from the skylights in the four upstairs bedrooms ( 1 king, 1 queen, 2 double bedded) , every corner of this home is designed for comfort and relaxation. Three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. If you're an outdoor enthusiast, take a short walk to our Hudson River overlook, where you'll enjoy peaceful views of the Hudson River and catch glimpses of resident bald eagles or passing boats. We are midpoint between Catskill and Berkshire Ski resorts. Cross Country skiing trails are less than 10 minutes away. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Hudson, NY, with its vibrant shops and restaurants, and 25 minutes from Rhinebeck, another charming town to explore, you'll have the best of the Hudson Valley within reach. Bard College, only 10 minutes away, offers access to lectures, events, and a state-of-the-art gym open to the public. This retreat is available for short-term rentals (minimum one month, with discounts for longer stays) through April 15 2026. With parking for four cars and a road that's plowed in the winter, you'll be comfortable year-round. My team of two full-time employees is always available to assist with any needs. If you wish to utilize our weekly cleaning service that can be arranged but that is an added cost. If you do this then we will include the sheets and towels. This is a NO SMOKING house. LEASE again is for a MAXIMUM of FIVE MONTHS or until MAY 1 2026. We have two full time employees who work Monday-Friday and are available should anything need to be fixed. There is a limit of 2 dogs subject to preapproval and each requires a pet release to be signed and an additional security deposit of $250 each.
