This unit is furnished. Applications will only be accepted for people interested in a FURNISHED apartment.
LEASE TERMS: Open to monthly, 3-month, or 6-month lease agreements upon meeting for interview and application. Open to move-in date starting November 1st.
UTILITIES: Payment covers all utilities including: Water, Sewer, Power, Gas, and Garbage Removal and shared WiFi access but reserves the right to remove Tenant access if bandwidth issues arise.
PARKING: Off-street parking is not included but can be rented for an additional $195 per month. Street parking is not difficult in our neighborhood but having a spot is definitely more convenient.
PETS: Dogs and Cats are allowed with an additional $250 pet deposit.
FURNISHINGS: The Premises is fully furnished. The Landlord shall provide the following furniture: Matching sofa and chair, matching coffee table and end table, buffet and end table, rocking chair. Bedroom one: Queen sized bed, dresser, side table. Bedroom two: Queen sized bed, dresser, orange chair. Glass table and four chairs. Round coffee table in turret plus pillows and cushions. Any damage to the Landlord's furniture shall be the liability of the Tenant(s), reasonable wear-and-tear excepted, to be billed directly or less the Security Deposit.
APPLIANCES: The Landlord shall provide the following appliances: Washer & Dryer (for Laundry), Hot Water Heater, Stove & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, and Furnace for heating. Dishes and bake-ware also included.
No smoking or open flames inside the building.
