Dog friendly unit however no dogs under 30 pounds, absolutely no Pitbulls or Pitbull mixes, Rottweilers, Bulldogs or other fighting breeds and absolutely NO CATS! I know your 11 cats are the best cats in the world and not like other cats, but NO CATS That is not a typo or a mistake, no small dogs. NO LITTLE DOGS This property is not section 8 approved and I do not participate in any voucher program All adult applicants 18 or over must be gainfully employed full time, pass a criminal background check, credit check, income verification and land lord reference. Application process is as follows, contact me for an application. All applicants over 18 years of age must fill out an application.
