The rent is $2,000 per month payable by Bank Zelle transfer only! No check , no cash. To move in its first month - last month - plus a $1,000 security deposit. So it's $5,000 total. Unit is available immediately however you need to go to association and pass a background check, interview and pay a $300 fee. The $300 is collected by them. I have nothing to do with this process and it takes approximately 2-weeks to clear. Also, it has to be two ( 2 ) people only. This is strictly enforced by the association. Everyone counts, including babies, only two people can live there.
