This is a furnished rental of a private house with private pool for a 6 month period while owner is on a work assignment. July 20, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

There is a queen bed in each of the bedrooms, and a 3rd bedroom we converted into an office/den which has a desk and fold out futon. Has an open kitchen design with a granite breakfast bar, and a contemporary livingroom with huge 4K 55 inch TV and modern gas fireplace.
The 2 bathrooms are spa quality, and the 2 bedrooms are nicely furnished. Master bedroom with ensuite bath opens onto private heated pool.
There are several lounging areas to bask in the sun in the backyard, by the pool, or front courtyard. This is a very quiet and private setting located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with walled exterior, so privacy is guaranteed.
Trash service, Wifi, ADT / RING security, and internet streaming cable TV is included in rent. Landscaping and pool cleaning service is also included. Tenant pays electric and gas.
Rent is $1750 per month. We do not accept pets. Owner has allergies.
There is a $2000 fully refundable deposit. This is a lovely property and is being offered as a longterm sublet while owner is on assignment.
Home is located near Speedway and Houghton on the NE side of Tucson.
