The beach is just across the street on Seawall Blvd. The condo has been completely painted and comes fully furnished, including all linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with a Casper king size mattress bed, 2nd bedroom is a queen bed. This is a gated community that comes with two assigned parking spaces. We have a no pet policy as per our HOA rules and no smoking/Vaping policy. This rental is for single family or individual only. Owner maybe negotiable on a longer term lease. 12 months @ $2500, 6-9 months @ $2600 and 3 months @ $2700. Owner will pay for water/trash service and tenant will pay for electric and internet service on long-term rentals. Leases between 3 months and 12 months, tenant will be responsible for electric and internet service. Owner will pay for ALL UTILITIES on short-term rentals of 30 days or more. Short-term rentals are month to month @ $3000 per month.
