    What's special

Breakfast nookTons of windowsHuge private porchFlood of early sunshineHigh ceilingsLarge bedroom
This apartment is the nicest one in our building. It has a huge private porch, very high ceilings, a garden/picnic area just outside the kitchen door, tons of windows, a really nice living room and a large bedroom, a breakfast nook with a flood of early sunshine. and a washer/dryer room in the basement. The building was built in 1907 and was constructed of concrete and brick because of a widespread fear of wooden houses that were prone to burning down right at the turn of the century. The concrete walls are 18 inches thick. This apartment is truly a rare find! Tenant pays for electricity. Landlord pays for water and wastewater fee.
