The back home offers a separate living room and a second full kitchen, modern and brand new. Cobia Casita is pet-friendly with a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. A golf cart is available for rent during your stay, and pool heating can be added for a seasonal fee upon request. Parking is plentiful, with room for RV parking and an EV charger port. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, directly across from the Destin Commons, you'll find plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are just a short drive east, offering more shopping, dining, and a play area for kids. Public beach access is close by, within walking or golf cart distance. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Pets must be approved in advance, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets, with an additional $50 fee for excess cleanup. Events and parties are not permitted, and guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Trash must be taken to the curb on designated pickup days, and any issues or damage must be reported immediately. The back home features two king bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private built-in workspace, closet space, and balcony access.
