All utilities including; wi-fi, heat, electric, water etc. is included in the the monthly rent. Cats and small well trained dog are welcomed and there is no smoking allowed on property. Monthly rent is firm as this is a very sought after and desirable location. Laundry service available for a $40 a week. Yard is kept immaculate and we maintain a healthy vegetable garden each year to which our tenants are welcomed to enjoy as well.
