I pay all utilities for home use so all utilites (water, trash, electricity, parking, internet, etc, use of all furnishings) amount to $250 p/month and can be paid with Rent. Washer/Dryer are in unit for your sole use. On private road on 3/4 acre with your own covered parking. Would prefer a single tenant but am open to a couple. Very nice, clean and quiet area on east side of Black Mountain. Newly updated, with supplemental gas heater. Unit is fully furnished. Monthly rent is $1600. Prefer 1 year lease. Rent covers all utility costs. This covers water, heat/air, gas heater, trash, electricity, internet, parking, and any other costs associated with monthly incurred by use of the unit. $200 from deposit is non-fundable and goes to pay for the apartment's portion of gas costs for the gas heater. The remaining $1400 deposit is refundable provided space in good condition at end of lease term.
