Centrally located between 5 world class ski areas for winter fun. We are situated along the White River National Forest for hiking and snow shoeing activity. A stop for the Summit Stage free bus service is in very close proximity. Parking allowance is for 2 vehicles throughout rental period. There is now a large flatscreen TV in main living area and smaller flatscreens in both bedrooms. A refundable security deposit equal to 1 month's rent will be due upon signing of the lease. First and last months rent will be due upon move in. A one time housecleaning fee of $200 will be due upon move-in, for the use of having the unit cleaned at the end of rental. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets of any kind, per condo HOA rules and regulations. All adults will be required to submit a rental application to be considered for lease. The application will check credit score, rental history, employment, and income verification.
