It is close to restaurants, stores, and transportation. One parking space is available in the back of the building. The building is very secure. We will rent to a single or couple, no more than two people. Tenant is responsible for electric. You must be able to have the electric turned on in your name on move in day. Only one parking space available in the back of the building. Parking in the front of the building is only on short-term basis. No overnight parking in the front of the building. Storage unit available in laundry room area. The condo association does not allow any pets. Requires one and a half month security deposit ($1500.00) plus the first month's rent ($1000.00) for a total of $2500.00 to sign lease.
