    My name is Rose Murray and I have a recently renovated 1 Bed, 1 bath apartment for $1250/month Property Location: 9537-Granby-St #2, Norfolk VA 23503 (First Floor unit) Square Footage: 650 square feet House Built in 1953 -Utilities are the responsibility of the Tenant which include electricity, water, sewer, trash, renter's insurance is required if you have pets. -NO laundry on site (soaps n suds laundrymat around the corner) Street Parking 1-2 people only per apartment -Landlord provides Cox internet wifi 1 gb speed -Ring Camera Access -Looking for 1 year lease -Landlord provides Terminix pest control service if ever needed - Stainless steel LG appliances include fridge (makes 3 different types of ice), stove and microwave, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. -Beautiful quartz countertops -Large spacious island in the kitchen Mini splits with remote for heat/ac 5 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to Dairy Queen, Harris Teeter, Post office etc 5 minutes drive to airside entrance to NOB Walking distance to the Ocean View Museum and Library No smoking allowed inside or near the property. No vaping, no E-ciggerettes, no E-pens of any kind, and no drugs. Smoking outside only. NO Airbnb's or arbitrage of any kind Applications can be filled out on Zillow or turbo tenant and are non refundable. Please review the following criteria and terms carefully and only request a tour or fill out an application if you meet them. All information provided will be verified and if there are discrepancies, your application will be denied. You are not required to fill out an application before viewing the apartment. Requirements -Must make 2.5x rent (if you apply you must show recent proof of income) (If Active Duty Military, upload 2 months of recent LES's) -Healthy Credit Score (600+) -Provide 3 Years' verifiable landlord references (if this is your first place a co-signer may be required for the duration of your lease for at least 1 year). Looking for the last 3 years rental history and this is to verify rent payments have been made on time. Landlord references will be checked and if there are any discrepancies, your application will be denied. -No recent evictions/judgments (with or without balances) (False landlord references or misrepresentation of any kind is considered fraud and your application will be denied) -No recent criminal history within last 3 years. -No recent evictions -No recent judgements -Small cats and dogs only up to 30 lbs, breed restrictions apply due to my housing insurance. My home insurance will not cover certain breeds and there are no exceptions to this. This listing is on Zillow, Turbo Tenant, Truila etc. This apartment is available to move-in on 9/20/25. Current tenant is moving out and apartment will be freshly painted and cleaned prior to move-in. Security Deposit is $1,250.00 (This is due at lease-signing) First month's rent is $1,250.00 (can be pro-rated if not moving in on the first) Pet Deposit is $350 per pet and Max pet limit is 2 pets. Breed restrictions are Dobermans, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds Akitas, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, Chow Chow, Wolf-Dog or any Wolf Hybrid, Bulldogs, Pit Bulls, Dalmatian dog and Presa Canario or any mix of these. If you have pets you must get renters insurance as well. Pet rent per pet is $25/month. The pet Deposit is $350 per pet, max number of pets is 2. All security deposits are due upon lease signing.
