    What's special

    This beautiful Palisade apartment has hard surfaces throughout, nice open kitchen living room floor plan and great views of surrounding mountain ranges. It's close to the park and oriented such that it gets great passive solar light, making it a cool place in summer and warm in the winter. It's one of two upstairs apartments so it shares a balcony with the neighboring apartment, and has two off street parking spots. Beautiful spot. Owner of the building is responsible responsible for water, sewer, trash, and Tennant is responsible for electricity, gas, and internet. We have a strict no smoking policy, and that includes marijuana. There is a pet policy limiting the number and requiring pet deposits. Other than that its a straight forward rental unit.
