What is required for rental application process and when will I hear back? Part of the rental application process is to complete a full application for all occupants over 18 with verification of your current income (Last 2 Paystubs). We typically allow up to 5 days after the last day of showings before reviewing applications to allow time for applicants to gather information and submit. All applicants are notified by email at the end of the process regardless of decision.
What is the lease agreement Like? Month to month and 1-year leases are negotiable between Property Management and Tenant.
What utilities are included? Water and Sewer are included, Heat (Natural Gas) Hot Water, and Electric are responsibility of tenant.
Are Pets Allowed? Pets may be considered and dependent on situation with a potential small increase in monthly rent. This additional cost is due to the increased wear and tear and potential liability. Subject to approval as not all animal's breeds can reside in the property in accordance with insurance policy. Please do your research to verify if your pet is a high-risk breed. If so, chances are this would not be able to be approved.
Are Personal Washer/Dryer's allowed? Yes, Individual Hook up's are in the rental unit. Both Gas and Electric Hookups are available for dryer.
How may rent be paid? Rent may be paid by mailing a personal check/money order, Venmo or Cash App.
