Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with a week's notice required. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. Additional parking is available in the community. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior approval and a pet fee, subject to a security deposit. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed without written agreement. Parking rules must be followed to avoid towing. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the home.
