The chef's kitchen is beautifully designed with modern appliances, making meal preparation a delight. Enjoy dining indoors or outdoors, and relax in the billiard lounge/sun-room. The backyard is a game paradise, featuring a private saltwater pool with optional heating, outdoor pool loungers, a putting green, a fire pit area with a grill, and a private multi-sports court. Parking can accommodate up to four vehicles in the driveway. Pool heating is available for $50 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this home offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. It is conveniently situated just 5 minutes from Downtown Largo, 15 minutes from Sand Key Park and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport, and 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Ruth Eckerd Hall. The property is 19 km from John's Pass and Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, and 24 km from Chihuly Collection. Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier are both 25 km away, with St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport just 7 km from the property. The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 9 AM to respect the neighbors. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home, and no fireworks or firearms are permitted on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules. A laptop computer is not included.
