Complete and submit the Zillow application 2. Once the application is received and reviewed, we will call to set up an interview with the property manager. A completed application includes: - Zillow Application - Fully complete "Application to Rent" form (upon owner request) - Copies of DL and SS - Checks stubs or proof of income for two months. 3. If at that point, both parties decide we should move forward, and with the approval of the owner, we will ask for $50 per adult to run credit for anyone 18 and over. 4. After running credit and with the approval of the owner, we will arrange another meeting to sign rental papers, collect the deposit, and first month's rent.
