The property is spacious with living/entertaining areas on the main floor and in the basement which allows tenants to enjoy privacy outside of their bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and enough cabinet space for all tenants to easily store their food. The living room on the main floor is furnished with a sectional, coffee table, and TV. The dining room has a large dining table which seats 8 and is perfect for hosting dinners or game nights.
The property backs up to a reservoir with a walking path that is accessed through a gate in the backyard. Perfectly positioned between Denver and the mountains for a quick escape to the city, slopes, and trails.
Once the home if fully occupied there will be a total of 4 people living in the property. Each person will have their own designated bathroom.
All utilities are included with rent.
