(Landlord mows.) -Other things include, the landlord will change air filters monthly and professional pest control comes and sprays the property outside/inside quarterly. -The apartment also has a smart thermostat that can be controlled from your phone making it easy to set your thermostat from anywhere. It also has an eco mode to help reduce your electricity bill. Landlords live within walking distance of the property. *Can move in immediately if needed.* There is a rental application that will need to be filled out. -No Smoking in the apartment -No pets in the apartment, unless the landlord/tenant agree on the pet.
