Looking for the right fit: someone who is tidy/clean and drama free! I own my own business, work a lot, and suoer passionate about fitness and healthy lifestyle. I don't party/drink but you can find me cold plunging in the lake in the winter, and wakesurfing in the summer. All furnishings are super high end, bed is incredibly cozy, and neighborhood is super peaceful and quiet. Plenty of free parking and storage for your things in my garage. The bedroom I'm renting out has an attached master closet and attached master bathrooom. Includes all utilities and house cleaner too. Open to pets but has to be the right fit and possible additional cleaning fee. Long-term lease will require at first and last months rent. Month-to-month lease but would love to have 3-6 months or 1 year of possible!
