This 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom unit is close to the Baraboo Schools will be available on April 1st! It has a lot of storage space, including a walk-in pantry and walk in closet in the living area! It also has in unit washer and dryer! The living area, kitchen, and bathroom are located in the lower level, while the bedrooms are on the upper level. Residents are responsible for utilities as well as shared lawn care and snow removal. Our units are pet friendly, fees/restrictions do apply. We allow pets (max of 2, cat/dog) their individual weight cannot exceed 60 lbs., and if two, their combined weight cannot exceed 100 lbs. There are some breed restrictions, so please reach out to see if yours is on the list before applying. There is an additional monthly pet rent per approved pet. The resident is responsible for all utilities.
