The carriage house apartment is fully furnished. The garage space is secure and available for storage only. Free parking in the driveway, 1 spot available. It's the only apartment in the garage building, so it's very private and quiet as you don't share walls with another unit. There are two other apartments on the premise, located in a second building. Free onsite parking also. Utilities are included in rent (up to $100 per month). The Village of Liverpool uses stickers for their trash system, bought at Nichol's grocery store (a few blocks from the apt) for $1 per sticker, and you use one sticker each week that you put put trash. Recycling is free. Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu provided/included. Pet Friendly apartment near parks and walkable areas. Pet Deposit is $300 and monthly pet fee of $30.
