Secondary bedroom has two twin beds; bathroom with shower is right outside the door. Living room has a queen pull-out. A bassinet is also available. Kitchen is newly remodeled. All TVs are set up with chromecasts. The unit is in a very family-friendly building with multiple courtyards. Two tandem parking spots are in an assigned gated garage. You'll be waking up to views of the downtown skyline, and you can easily walk downtown or take Metro. Or just enjoy views of downtown from our amazing rooftop patio. All utilities (including internet) are included in the monthly rent. NO SMOKING anywhere within the unit or on the balcony. Vaping ONLY is allowed on the balcony ONLY. There is a tandem parking space (fits up to 2 cars) in a secure gated parking garage. Pets are welcome but please let me know if you will be bringing a pet. There are many friendly dogs in the building! This is a quiet residential building with a lot of families and seniors. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep volume down after 10pm. I lived in the unit for five years and am very close with my neighbors - I will know if you break any rules.
