Property
For the price, I'd have assumed there would be some upgrades in the units. They have the same finishings as my apartment from the early 2000's. The model I was shown looked like it could still use a good cleaning, or that's just as clean as it could get. While the layout is large for the main living area, the ensuite bathroom was small. If the rent was cheaper, it might be worth the price. The workout room was small and had a dingy smell to it. I wouldn't be able to work out in there for very long.
