    Live in a Vintage style studio apartment with 1 Bath, close to downtown and all the downtown events. If you would like to schedule a showing, please follow these instructions: We use a lockbox system to view our properties. To schedule a self-guided tour, please TEXT A PICTURE OF YOUR I.D. We do not allow showings after 8pm or on Sundays. Security deposit is the same as the rent. The application fee is $50, and the lease set up fee is $150.
