You will be within a short walking distance to local hip restaurants, coffee shops, bus stops, the Loveland Museum, the Loveland Public Library, Metropolitan Metrolux Dine-in Theatres and Fairgrounds Park among many other establishments that make downtown Loveland the draw that it is. The complex has recently underwent ownership and management changes as well as a complete exterior facelift. That work includes new windows throughout and upper walk out decks with cedar siding. We have also updated our onsite laundry to include two new commercial washers and dryers. They are coin operated but you can also use a simple app (PayRange) and pay electronically. The app also allows you to monitor the progress of your laundry. We have also fitted the property with high resolution video cameras that capture every corner of the property. This unit has fresh paint and and it's been just few months since new carpet installed . There is on site laundry and off-street parking. We also have a bike rack for the safe storage of bicycles.
