The prices listed do not match the quotes. But that's everywhere. Sounds to me like price gouging based on how volatile the market is these days. It's sad.

The grounds are spectacular. The unit is clean but has a slight "smell"...perhaps because the a/c isn't on? No washer/dryer included but has hookups. Also charges a "valet trash" fee which is unnecessary, I'm perfectly capable of taking my trash out vs. paying someone $40/mo to do it. We'll see if they can exclude that but I'm not getting my hopes up.
