Our family created this space to reflect the relaxed charm of 30A our favorite place on earth and we're thrilled to share it with you! Whether you're enjoying the surf, strolling to nearby shops, or relaxing poolside, you'll love having everything so close without the crowds. For added convenience, enjoy our complimentary Beach Trolley service, available daily from 9am 4:30pm (mid-March to end of October) exclusively for guests. Our family uses it daily to transport food, beach gear, and toys right from our front door to the sand! Rental Terms & Policies All utilities, high-speed internet, and cable are included in the rental price no surprise bills. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the condo. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,500 fee. No pets are permitted in the unit due to serious family health concerns. Bringing a pet into the condo will result in a $1,500 fee. Biweekly professional cleaning is required throughout your stay. We will coordinate the cleanings; the cost is $180 per visit, paid by the renter. Last month's rent is due at lease signing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all guests.
