     Property

    Pictures didn't match. The apartment was in the basement compared to the pictures where it was on the 2nt floor. Also, the one in the pictures was empty this one wasn't and it wasn't as clean as it appeared. When you say it's renovated that means space should match to some degree. This is clearly a one bedroom and not a two bedroom apartment, there is no living room. The fact that there are 2 rooms doesn't make it a two bedroom apartment. It's a 1 bed + den at best. That will be a more accurate description.

     Management

    Minimum interaction. Once I realized the apartment is not even close to the one in the picture I wanted to leave. Also, asking for a 270 application fee. It didn't seem right at all. Didn't inspire trust for me.

    As a family business, our reputation is extremely important to us. As such, we strongly encourage tenants to tour our apartments in person and we clearly disclose all fees and charges prior to commencing the application process.
