Once you've booked, simply let us know when you plan on needing the parking space on the beach. The Space Bedroom 1: King bed size, wardrobe closet space, black curtains, and sound machines. Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway, shower/tub combo. Bathroom has doors to both the foyer and the first bedroom. Bedroom 2: King bed size, wardrobe closet space, black curtains, and sound machines. Bathroom 2: Ensuite to bedroom 2, stand-alone shower. Living Room: Comfy couch with Smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming services. Parking: Please note parking is not included in your stay. There is a lot directly behind the lofts that is managed by Premium Parking. Discounted rate validation for this lot can be added to your reservation upon request. Other things to note: -Rental agreement must be signed before check in -Minimum age at check in is 25. -Access is granted by Yale Accentra app. An invite will be sent via email for guest to download prior to arrival. Rental Agreement is signed in lieu of lease. Renter will have access to condo unit and common areas of the Brent building, featuring shared patio Sky Lounge, Fitness Center, and ground floor Art Gallery. Duration of time renting the unit is flexible and can be discussed in more detail with management. In addition to rent, guest is subject to one time $260 cleaning fee and parking validation if parking is needed. Parking lot directly behind the Lofts (P2811) is managed by Premium Parking but a discounted rate is offered to guests- cost varies on length of stay. Please contact us for more information.
