To make it easy to get to the beach we've provided a sand wagon, 4 beach chairs, cooler and pop-up tent. Your carport is located at the front door of this first-floor condo where you can see the sunrise from your porch. Activities outside of Island Reef Association are numerous. You can drive, ride bikes, rent a golf cart, or take a trolly a few minutes North on Midnight Pass Rd for restaurants, pubs, shopping, small grocery store, ice- cream, boat rentals, parasailing, and fishing tours etc.. We also suggest visiting St Armand's Circle which is just a little further up Midnight Pass Rd. Weekly rentals are not available which helps keep the chaos down in the entire complex. Six-person max.
