Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application, you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements. Tenant(s) are responsible for gas, water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid. Pets allowed, two maximum, and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet. And none of an aggressive breed per home owners insurances.
