    Good, communication so far. Quick response time. Just wish we could meet in person.

    The windows are really bad. All the screens are broken, one window well has bees in it. It is obviously an old, not well maintained property. Water damage covered by paint. Very old appliances, sinks, tub, and counter top. Not very clean. Has potential to be a very cute studio apartment. Just needs lots of tlc.
