Property
The house was an older home, so some wear and tear is to be expected, but this home was not well-maintained. The entrance was very dirty and cramped, and the stairs leading up to the second story were extremely narrow and curved with a very low ceiling. The interior of the unit was not clean as previous tenants had cats and their food/water bowls and litter bowls were spilling out over. Additionally, the floor had an extremely noticeable slope. The pictures did not represent the interior of the place well.
Management
They were nice and acknowledged the state of the interior.
