There is only 1 bedroom available to be rented. It is a 3 bedroom house, but 2 rooms are already occupied, we are looking for a third. Private room in a brand new house. All appliances are brand new as well. The private rom has brand new carpet, nobody has ever lived in the room before. A good sized window with blinds. The shared/guest bathroom is right across the hall. The house also several shared spaces including has a large living room and dining room, as well as an attached kitchen. There is a small front yard as well as good sized backyard that the homeowner is working on projects to complete it. The house has washer and dryer as well. No smoking/vaping/chewing/drugs of any kind. No pets. Responsible for your own actions and the actions of your guests and anything they do will be charged back to you. No subleasing. If you leave before lease is up you will be responsible for rent until I find a suitable replacement. Suggestions are allowed. No renovations allowed without my permission. 12 month lease to start per HOA regulation. If you want to re-sign next year the term can be negotiated.
