We believe our furnished studio suites are perfect for those who may need temporary living between buying and selling your home, or you are in the area on assignment and need a flexible lease! We are currently offering a rent special is you sign a 6 month lease. Our NEW furnished studio suites are all inclusive and move-in ready! People love the area, our community, and these beautiful units including the high-end leather furnishings, a full-size gas 5 burner stove and oven, a deluxe queen-size Beauty Rest pillowtop bed, a luxurious walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, a 55" Samsung Smart TV, and easy fiber optic Wi-Fi access throughout the property! The rent for this studio is $350-$425 per week depending on the term of lease. We also offer studio suites with a kitchenette available NOW at $299-$350 per week. All utilities - including electricity, internet, heating, A/C, water, and more - everything is included in the rent! We also offer FREE laundry rooms on-site in every building for your convenience. The move-in process is quick thanks to our easy-to-use software, where you can fill out your rental application, sign your lease, and pay your rent on one platform! We ask for a rental application fee of $65 as well as a refundable security deposit of $500. We are pet-friendly and allow one pet (small and large dogs, cats, etc.) to accompany you per room. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee of $300 and a weight limit of 40 lbs. We are located on the corner of 5th Ave N and Mainstreet in Hopkins, MN.
