We have a Brand New home for Rent in our Connell Park Estates Community in Connell, WA! It has 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. This home is 924 square feet. Rent for this home is $1,600/Month. This does not include utilities. Additionally, If you are looking to buy instead, we are selling this home for $105,000 and Monthly Lot rent would be $800/Month. There is an application process which includes income verification and a background/credit check. **Please note, this home cannot be moved as we are looking for buyers that will be long term tenants in the community.** First Month Rent and Security Deposit due at lease signing ($1600 + $1600 = $3,200). There is an application and screening that is required. We do have to screen everyone who will be living in the home/community that is 18 years or older. The application/screening fee is $60/person.
