Property
The house is clean, vacant and in good condition. Washer & dryer are included; HOA fee is paid by the owner and landscaping is included in the fee, which are all pluses. However, the lighting is a little poor which did not make the place as inviting and open. This is also a very small community with no pool, clubhouse or playground. There is a natural walking trail. This is a perfect community for an older individual or couple.
