    The unit is very clean - the unit is on the end of the cul de sac. The downside is the green community garbage bin is right in front of the unit and the mobile home park next door is junky and can be seen over the fence. The owner was very nice and easy to work with but I didn’t feel comfortable applying due to the surroundings.
