Laundry: If desired, laundry available on-site for tenant use ($20 per month, unlimited use).
Storage: Storage lockers (5' x 10') are available for rent on a month-to-month basis at $75 per month. Lockers are located inside a locked basement for dry and secure storage.
Rental requires a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. Tenant(s) pay their own electricity and natural gas. Landlord bills back tenant monthly for water, sewer and garbage/recycling ($90 flat fee). Landlord is responsible for landscape maintenance.
