No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the unit. No Drugs: The use, possession, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. Pets: Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing by the landlord. Tenant is fully responsible for any damage caused by pets. Excessive noise, odors, or disturbances caused by pets may be considered grounds for lease violation. Occupancy: Only individuals listed on the lease may reside in the unit. Subletting or short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb) are not allowed without written permission from the landlord. Property Condition: The unit must be returned in clean and good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. Entry & Inspections: Landlord may enter the property for repairs, maintenance, or inspections with 24-hour notice, except in case of emergency.
