    Easy to view the property. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

    Low income area, low income apartments. Needs some updating and cosmetic work. Electric baseboard heating is definitely not appealing or affordable. I would not even consider paying anything near the asking price. The only good thing is the floor plan; very generous size and cool layout. Other than that, very disappointing.
