Courtyard Apartments - Unclaimed

I was disappointed with their management. Instead offering an optional date for me tour the property, they simply stated they had no apartment available. Yet, there was clearly a listing for an apartment available some time later. I responded that I could simply visit the property on my own but preferred a guided tour by someone in there management. I have not heard from them at this point. Granted they did seen an application form via email. I was certainly not going to apply and pay a fee before I have seen the property.
