    Quiet, country setting and ample space for parking and enjoying the fall weather outside. Nice to have refrigerator/range/window unit provided here as multiple apartments offered for rent that do not. (Appliances are an expense that should be absorbed by the owner, IMO.) Rent/deposit are fair and appreciated for those on fixed monthly incomes! I'm a new tenant here, and excited to get moved in!
