Cypress Club Condominium is a scenic waterfront community privately owned. It has a club house, heated swimming pool, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, showers, saunas, new billiard and gym. My property is a rarely available corner resort-style waterfront apartment facing the canal. It is very bright, has extra windows and it is in impeccable condition. Has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with elegant hardwood floors throughout, tile in the bathrooms as well as, cherry wood cabinets in the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Both bedrooms and the screened-in balcony have a view of the water from where you can also see and hear the mockingbirds. Parking in front of the unit.
