The apartment was good for the rental price and an okay area. For a quick 1 year lease move in they are good.

I went to the property today and the lockbox was open the apartment was open you have a squatter living in the apartment with garbage all around the apartment carpets dirty holes in the tile floors back window broken not good. And I have pictures
